Judy, I had this same emotion with CompUSA. Their service is so lousy (my experiences) and attitudes so poor, in my area, that I could not possibly go long even if they were showing good performance (which they are not stock wise).

......and kept shorting AOL for taco money.

hahahahaha....

Taco money is exactly what I have left of my Intel put trade....

I will wait for next week for a Mongo Santa María miracle... perhaps, I will have enough for a beer to wash it down...

Judy-" I could not get over my mental hangup and kept shorting AOL for taco
money. " All of my illusions have been shattered! Even you are occasionally held hostage by your emotions? We all aspire to have your sense of conviction. I guess everyone has to face these issues no matter how "evolved" they have become. Good to know there's still hope for the rest of us. (Us meaning me and my baffoonish, undisciplined approach at times).

Hi Judy -
I know what you mean - it took me a little too long to get over aol's screw-ups...I was oblivious to the troubles with vrio and thought the chart looked...well...explosive. I'm still long and considering holding them as a core position. wierd action at the close today though not a breakdown on any of the indicators that I'm following. And that volume! yikes. love the report about their 12 month revenues of 120 million and their market cap of a mere 1.585 billion (a little higher today but whats a few hundred million). I think they've got a future. Chuck's got us going up through the 24th with a little pullback around the 17th. Hope you're having a great piffing day!
