With respect to what other licensees are doing, I don't think anyone other than Starnet would have that answer. From what I have been able to ascertain, most appear to be performing at or well above expectations. A portion of the initial amount invested for licensure both with the company (not always Starnet directly) and country of domicile is encumbered for a marketing agreement. Further, while all licensees are responsible for their own success, some also assume guaranteed minimums and loss as well. For Starnet, it's the aggregate that counts.
