Thanks for the response. I was into internet phones a couple years ago...companies like CAML. Dropped the ball somewhere along the line. Looks interesting, downloading the freebie.

Anyone: What stops the big telco's from entering this area with a massive influx of cash and who would be serious competitors?

Can you (or anyone else) briefly explain the significance of the Consent Solicitation? How does the approval or denial effect IDTC's ability to proceed with the IPO? What other implications does a denial of consent have on IDTC?
