Dear Roger, Sorry to burst your bubble regarding Doug Meyers, but he isn't me. Frankly, if you want to find out who Mr. Meyers is, I suggest you begin looking in the mirror. He is most certainly a shareholder who bought into Jim P's hype. I am neither. While Quadrax owes me a great deal of money, it is solely as a creditor. In fact I am on the creditor's committee (who Mr. Meyer has not been to complimentary of). Best Regards, Mike
