The sellers appear to be day traders with small lots. When you buy on rumor and sell on news (momentum investing), this is the last day you can get out before announcement of all of the relevant facts. Noted that more smart money came in at 12:58 with a 15,000 share buy at 180 1/2, 3/8 over the offer. Just not at all convinced that CMGI's aftermarket earnings report will be adversely received.
