also if it doesn't exceed 200 at close, the split share price would be embarassing at 3:1 and would indicate more future growth confidence than dw may think prudent, particularly so soon after the 2:1 split several months ago.

3-1 split: They authorize 2-1 and ask for 3-1 w/ shareholder approval, which is a shoe-in
