The only rule we have yet to meet in order to qualify for Nasdaq National Market listing (under option 3) is the minimum bid price of 5. I cannot find any information on how long we have to be at or above that level - if anybody else knows I would appreciate the info. I would guess that XYBR will apply for the change, but not until they are confident that we can achieve and maintain NM listing.

Yes, thanks. I truly had no idea that there was a difference. I thought once a stock was listed on the Nasdaq, that was that.
