Just so you know I am not an insider, but have bought and sold this stock since the dip in October for at least $30,000 in profit. If you are going to play the buy and hold game try Dell,ATT, LU,MSFT, or Utilities. Those are safe bets. Not SFSK or any other Small Cap's.

You got some bad advice in this one.

at this price, dilution could be larger than expected.

Perhaps large holders were warned?

Hope it's accretive, if LIG is being acquired.
