Well-- a prompt, forthcoming and complete response from the president: =============== In response to your question: Here's a quick summary: Total Currently O/S = 25,517,616 ITH PP to be issued= 1,000,000 Effective total O/S = 26,516,616 shares Warrants O/S = 6,745,000 at between $0.12 and $0.25 with most being above $0.17, and expiring between July 1999 (about 3,000,000) and the remainder before July 2000. Options O/S = 1,050,000 between $0.12 and $0.18. Total diluted = 34,311,616 shares If exercised, these warrants and options would generate $1,418,400 for the company.
