Well, don't look at me to tell you not to take the brain stuff seriously. My sister just called, Kerrie is back in the hospital. She has been too anemic for them to start the chemotherapy again. They cut back on the Decadron because she has side effects, you know these steroids are catabolic, not anabolic, so they tear your muscle down, and she was weak. But yesterday she was out of her mind, did not recognize anyone, not even her own mother. They put her back in the hospital, she was supposed to get an MRI but hasn't yet. The lung x-ray shows fluid. She's anemic, she's hypoxic, and she is in the ICU. She may be bleeding into her gut, but no one knows why. I will never be afraid to be called a hypochondriac again, thank you. If it hurts, or feels funny, I want someone to check it out.

I know you had Hodgkin's, but you didn't say when. When was the last time you had a check-up? I know, I am just a bundle of cheer myself.
