I agree with you that Jeffrey may have been a little too premature with his pre-assay assessments, but consider the following.

It has been the company's intention all along to mine the Isacc's Harbour property.

Which would you prefer?

A company that just tests their property for gold or one that is using testing methods that will determine whether mining can occur profitably. In the first scenario you would have a company declaring there is gold within a given site, but that would be the extent of it.
I think I would prefer the latter.

As I understand it the mining operation can begin almost immediately after the drilling has been complete. This could be as soon as April.
