The guys behind this company also own WEBGALAXY INC (OTC: WEBY).
They have a solid $4 1/2 stock with WEBY, and IACV is supposed to do the same things when they vend a product into it.

CARLSBAD, Calif.-March 9, 1999-WebGalaxy, Inc. (OTC BB: WEBY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent to provide comprehensive custom Internet services to the Laborers'
International Union of North America (LIUNA). Founded in 1903, the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) is made up of more than 750,000 working women and men throughout the United States and Canada. LIUNA is one of the largest unions affiliated with the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO). LIUNA's International headquarters are located in Washington, D.C.

In accordance with terms, WebGalaxy, Inc. will develop custom versions of United Labor Online (ULOL)and other Internet applications for LIUNA. WebGalaxy will retain the right to solicit paid sponsorships
for LIUNA's version of ULOL. The parties anticipate the service will begin in the U.S. within five months.

In August of 1998, the Hotel Employee and Restaurant Employee International Union (HERE), a 300,000 member organization, signed a letter of intent with WebGalaxy. In January of 1999, WebGalaxy signed agreements with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) with approximately 1,500,000 members and the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union (BCTGM) with approximately 135,000 members. Currently WebGalaxy has signed agreements with Unions that represent approximately 2,750,000 U.S. workers.
