I like many of you have had to resist my temptation for making the "quick buck" on this stock. Unfortunately for me, the company tricked me into averaging up, by the false hype (maybe honest) involving the completion of the website in late January. (I was way up when I bought 25,000 at an average of .063, but made the mistake of buying 40,000 more at an average of about $.20-.21.) As a new investor, I have learned a valuable lesson,that penny stocks generally lack great management, and I think that may be the case with Madera. After reading this board for 3 months, I have decided too, to wait things out. I hate to tie up so much $ (for me) for a long time, but I still think that the upside to this company makes it worth the wait! Anyone trading in and out, (unless fixed to the computer all day) may miss a huge run up, if a land deal is announced. Also, the website, when completed will IMHO bring in significant revenue. I don't think we should underestimate it, especially if they get $ to invest in some marketing. GO WOOD!
