1. Pretty close to mine. 2. In actual issued of 5,922,500 you left out 40,000 shs owned by NAVR. 3. VVTV owns 1,432,500 but 550,000 are restricted for 1 yr after IPO. 4. I assumed 2 mil would be offered but we can use your 3 mil. 5. NETR owns 939,500 in Stock Options begnning at IPO. 6. My recap is: a. NAVR owns 5.04 Mil shs...you say 5 Mil b. VVTV owns .8825 Mil shs...you say 1.4 Mil c. NETR owns .9395 Mil shs...you say 0 Mil d. I can live with your 3.45 Mil owned by Public. e. My Tot is 10.312...your Tot is 9.85. f. NAVR's ownership is 49 %...your Tot is 51 %. 7. You do great work. Let's go with 50 % for NAVR. Kat
