I interpret that Market maker's "offer to buy" has 120*100 = 12,000 VLNC shares at the bid price. If more people sell, MM may lower the bid price. They already lowered it this morning. In other words, people are starting to sell. PS - If ASK volume increass to match the bid volume, that would mean people are also buying at cheaper price - Demand is picking up. (Generally true for market orders.) Ram.
