Further to news in Stockwatch Jan. 22, 1999, the company's operating
subsidiary, TSI TelSys, Inc., has completed a new $2-million credit
facility with The CIT Group/Credit Finance Inc., one of the leading
asset-based lending institutions in the United States.
As a term of the proposed credit facility, CIT has been granted 80,000
share purchase warrants in TSI TelSys Corporation which will entitle CIT to
purchase 80,000 shares of the company for five years from the date of
closing at a price of $1.87 per share.

Wayne,

I didn't say Ron was responsible for IPM's bad management. All I'm saying the Ron was recommending, BIG TIME, a SCAM. IPM didn't fall due to "bad management". It was fraud ! Didn't Ron say that he SAW the gold ?! It makes you wonder ????
