Hi everyone:

"PNLK HAS subscribers AND revenue stream as we speak."

But it is not enough. First, I like to correct an error I made in my last post. VERT sales, according to the profile: biz.yahoo.com is actually $1.21 per share, not $1.2 million as I have erroneously posted. This translated to a sales of $19.7 million (16.3 outstanding shares x $1.21). From VERT's profile- Business Summary: "For the nine months ended 9/30/98, revenues totalled $1.9 million...", and from Statistics at a Glance -Per-Share Data (Last Updated: Mar 10, 1999): Earnings(ttm)= -$5.27 Sales(ttm)= $1.21.

This show that VERT has increased sales from $1.9 million to $19.7 million from Sept 98 to March 1999 (a span of only six months). No wonder price shot up to $103. PNLK will need to show this type of revenues increase to justify any sort of blast off of price movement. If they can get 30,000 subscriber this year, that will mean a revenue of $10.8 million from the subscribers alone (30,000 x $360). If PNLK can show that with $10.8 million in revenues, it will record a profit instead of a loss; then, we may be looking at another 'ebay' like performance in the stock price.

But let me remind all that this is all based on the "WHAT IF" scenario. PNLK management has yet to work hard to pull this off. Will they succeed? This is really a million dollar question.

Btw: IF PNLK can generate the kind of revenues that they are shooting for, the cash generate can be used to enhance the Webtool. Imagine, as Warren has said, if they set up an international auction site for business products... oh well, let's work on one thing as a time... let's get the subscribers to want to use PNL's webtool first.

Again, all of the above is my opinion only.
