You are very welcome, NW. You might want to try calling again. The first time I tried this morning I ended up at someone's box but received a message that it was full. Maybe a minute later when I called I got through. Looking at postings around that time, I was not the only person on this thread calling CPQ IR at the time. Without going back to the postings, at least one person spoke with IR before I did. Others were e-mailing that posting Irma asked me to e-mail (with the URL). Since many people read SI but can not make postings, it is highly possible that a number of little investors are trying to get through, causing people who do not hit their calls right to end up in voicemail boxes. BTW, I have not receive the promised call back from IR yet. Lynn
