Any DELL you can get under 40 is a screaming buy. PC makers are under a lot of pressure right now. Many have already warned and many investors expect INTC to warn also. But it will not happen. Why? Because an INTC executive has already declared that sales of PIII are slightly ahead of expectations. I cannot believe that INTC would warn after that statement. So, when they see that INTC is not warning, the stock will start is normal climb until about 2 weeks before earnings.
