Tekgk knows a lot more about markets than I do. My call is a wild guess. Nothing more, nothing less. That said, tekgk's call of DOW 10,200 may already have achieved by an equivalent rise in S&P and/or NASDAQ. Remember DOW was in the dumps while S&P and NASDAQ wer charging ahead. Don't get too much fixated on DOW alone.
