CPM, IMOT didn't finish strong enough to get me any kind of short position. In fact it was down from the $7.50 bid I authorized.

Hope it opens up tomorrow so I can jump on it.

You don't seem like a criminal or a gambling addict, or unreasonable so why do you like this company? Did you get in at $8 or something?

Clear, concise, logical thinking is needed when investing. Emotion has no place in anything other than a very short term (say an hour or two) trade.

So if you will please explain to me why IMOT is worthy of holding for the long term by answering the following questions:

1. Why are they unable to produce any kind of audited financial statement from a verifiable big six or well known regional accounting firm?

2. After answering number 1 above why does this not matter to you, and should not matter to any investor/trader?

3. With so very little money actually ending up in the company how do they plan on accomplishing their objectives?

4. Why do you think they would rather be in the incredibly high tax structure of China and not be in the U.S.? Does your answer comfort you, and why?

5. Does you answer to number 4 above have anything to do with lax or non-existent laws relating to the sale of U.S securities? If not why?

6. Would you consider the Red Chinese currency to be strong and reliable? If not how have you discounted that in your price threshold. If so, why?

7. Does it not seem a little strange that they have a tiny PR firm in Orlando as their point man? If not is this the kind of accountability level you expect in an equity holding? Does it comfort you?

and so on...

Bottom line, if you got a profit take it. Small loss, decide for yourself. Anything else is quite a risk.

Unless I get any more info or responses this is the last warning I will post. Caeveat Emptor
