I work in a mostly very happy and healthy place, and yet when people come back from their vacations, on the first day at work I love to look at their faces because they are so relaxed. Then after a few days that fades, and they look stressed again. Perhaps it is simple overwork when it occurs in a positive workplace. I do know that when I come back from being away, I see thinks from a different perception as well . . .
