Epay is just emerging from nowhere. Everyone sees this has potential but as with all new things people are
unsure. Tonight many people will do some DD and see what is here. Those who know will think about it and
tommorrow with good coverage and visability this one will begin its ride. Except no less than $125 from this
one over the next two weeks. With dow approaching 10000 and good news out of germany this one will gap
up good and run. Money is on the sides waiting to get in. Remeber that this is a profitble company and it is
positioned very well with good companies .

Tim,

PAIR had a really strong close today, in a not so strong market. I'll take it as a very bullish sign. It's like the investors community is discovering that PAIR is an excellent candidate for takeover and certainly a stock that no one should be afraid to hold long.

BTW, I'm always looking for those 2 qualities in your takeover plays. I'll buy it, only if I like them long.

See my previous post regarding MFST CC. Should have a good day for DELL tomorrow.
