They don't need the money for operations. I think they have over 200 million cash. If you look at their 10k published yesterday and look at their anticipated spending on existing projects there is no cash problem. Thus they must be getting ready to buy something big, or they are doing something (this is step 1) that is part of somebody taking them over. The latter could either be defensive or being done to facilitate a takeover. A crazy theory, but I thought the announcement was terse for them and out of character. CTXS press releases are usually long and full of info. Nice to see you're still involved in this puppy, Red.
