Your welcome for the heads up...however until you sell for a nice profit I don't need any thanks. After that you can buy me a cyber beer <ggg>

In regards to the private placement. The closing of a private placement doesn't always move a stock higher. However two things often work together to move a stock higher when a private placement is closed.

1. Many papers (e.g Globe, Post, Northern Miner) often only announced the closing of private placements and not the announcement that a private placement is going to be done. When the closing is announced it draws the eyes of many investors to the stock. Many investor only like to invest when insiders own or are buying the stock. When the news of the closing private placement is announced it can only be bullish for JDX.

2. Often private placements that are announced never go through. The closing of this private placement will increase the confidence of investors since they are now sure that the insiders are buying.

On a side note: I mentioned a while back that Mr. C had taken down at private placement for Donner at .20 and was up 50% on his investment on paper. As of today he is up 130% on paper. Take a look at the chart and you will see that he got in at the very bottom right before the recent run-up. Not that this effects JDX but it gives our new director a little credit.

Best Regards
KEITH
