Nice try, but I don't by it (and I'm pretty sure you don't either). If I, the PTT or other agency of a country, am negotiating with a small, unknown, firm, I want validated financials...validated by third parties...I do not make deals with companies that can go under while they are installing my network or shortly thereafter, and who may not have the resources for future support, spares, expansion, etc. It's credibility and perception. If Mr. Chin is so afraid of his competition that he won't reveal anything, then he is paranoid. There is a critical difference between being a visionary and being able to run a public company. I think he should step aside right now, put the company in the hands of professional managers, and stay on as a consultant for long term planning. What do you think of that?

Appreciate you taking the time and effort to put your thoughts down on "paper" here.

I guess there are differing arguements that can be used as to the subject at hand. But if I were representing the other company in negotiations with DGIV to come to terms of agreement I would want to know more about DGIV. When you invest in stocks for the most part dont you review the financials and research as much as there is to know about a company first? The problem with investing in DGIV is that it is speculative because of the lack of concrete information. I dont think most entities doing business with DGIV want to do so on speculation, hence the vagueness of every PR that DGIV has ever put out on the wires.

The other problem I have in relation to the above is the fact that it appears that DGIV is primarily Jimmy Chin. If there is a management team, it sure is obscure and I have always wondered how Jimmy can conduct business and grow the company if he is the only decision maker, salesperson, PR and certificate holder. Besides, what I read here is that Jimmy is travelling half the time to all parts of the globe. And how would he compensate other employees in more responsible positions to begin with including incentives, salaries, benefits, and promotions.

Because Jimmy decided to take DGIV public at some point in the past (and I do not have the details of the emergence of DGIV handy) the bottom line should be to increase shareholder value. The only way I know of doing so in light of everything else evident with the company is to establish credibility in the eyes of the shareholders and the public by releasing audited financials and required documents for filing purposes. I presume Jimmy wants that share price to hold up, not detiorate.

I know you spent a lot of energy on this excellent post. "Rambling"??? NO. Just plain honest thoughts and ideas. Thanks for sharing with us. Jimmy is in a difficult position at this time. He may not be doing just what we want, but I am convinced he has not forgotten us.

Sonya, just trying to catch up. {{{{{{{{All}}}}}}}}

Laz... great post here, and thank you for stimulating the informative and rational discussion that follows as it relates to Digitcom's mgmt and its non-reporting status. I especially like the way in which you seem to organize these so called 'ramblings.' Great insights with regards to a start-up business like DGIV.

Remember when I said that your master's degree shows? These posts are partial evidence of that accomplishment. Thanks again.
