I covered SRCM 2 days ago. I still think it eventually goes to zero, but just not for a while. I was very short this market and built a big advantage over the indices, so I decided to move my exposure to slightly long to avoid giving it back in a melt-up. I covered all shorts without a near term catalyst.

I am really hoping for some sort of AOL/Portal induced spike to put the position back on, but who knows.

I guess you are on your own for a while,

Hey MW doncha geddit? TV guide is a weak attempt to avoid royalties to GMST. that's right, Gemstar, it is a hey we did this thing before the judge settled kind of thing. It will be overturned and GMST will get their dough. 'Tas nuttin to do with SRCM who will get nothing and like it.
