From a small holder perspective, your point is quite reasonable but consider with the bigger holders view might be. Between Laz, Pru, Brandy, Fisher, and Citigrp they held something like 9 million shares on Dec 31st probably more now. If these 5 holders all try to sell their shares simultaneously imagine what might happen ? They are the ones who might enjoy a guaranteed $17 floor.
