Everyone here assumes static numbers: as if navarre itself is worth nothing as a corporation; re-read their conference call: this company is growing. And its 50% or what ownership of netradio will add immeasurably to it stock value. Very odd ways here from both rajiv and christian in evaluating a stock price -- as if valuations occur only in accounting books ledger and have nothing to do with forward looking proppects, market conditions and psychology. WARNING TO ALL: people like rajiv and christian want this baby to go down; so they'll cook the numbers, play with figures, to reach their goal. Keep your eye on the prize: which is the history of recent ecommerce media ipo's and the potential of netradio and the growing quality of navarre corporation itself. You do this and the absurd valuations being placed on navarre's worth by rajiv and christian will become apparent: let them short this stock all they want: their efforts will end up fruitless when large chunks of money start to re-enter this stock, which is sooner than most people think.

<<$11 + $3 = $14/sh (low ball $3/sh for NAVR)
$11 + $10 = $21/sh ( higher end )>>

And judging by the performance of DBCC, we could see a
pop of 3 times this amount or more a couple of days
before the IPO. It will almost surely depend on
how hot the Net Radio IPO is. I think it's going
to be real hot. I think Net Radio could see $75
to $100 on IPO, unless the market tanks between now
and then. There will be a significant upside approaching
IPO. This IPO will turn the investors on to yet
another net industry and that's why Net Radio will
run. It's recognizable, pervasive and catchy. A
perfect candidate for big runup on IPO.

Thanks for the numbers guys, good job.
