I think that it will drop to the $8-9 range and then mildly rebound to $11. It will then drift downward and settle at the $6.00 level for a few months. It should recover back to the mid teens by September.

This is a good opportunity to buy on the dips and slam the peaks for the next 4-6 months. It also means that it will take 1-2 years to revisit the $40+ range.

Their may be someone in the woodwork willing to buy the company at this bargain basement price with a small premium.

The heyday of SFSK is now over.(for the time being)

Sorry for the gloomy news, but use it to profit.

There seems to be a pretty important discrepancy between the press release Chris posted and the summary in Briefing.com. One apparantly says that SFSK will miss estimates by .25-.26, while the other seems to say that earnings will come in at between .25-.26, which would be .01 short of analysts consensus estimates. Obviously I hope the Briefing.com summary is right. If anyone can shed some light on this for me, I'd really appreciate it.

>This is just a quick calculation but it seems to me that...

Est 1Q99 goes from 0.27 to around 0.02
Est FY99 goes from 1.25 to around 0.75

Does anyone else with better number crunching concur with this?

The stock has been basically cut in half already, what do others think will happen when this opens?

robert.

that looks pretty sound to me assuming total FY99 revenues drop the cited $53M. quite frankly, though, i wouldn't be surprised if this quarter was even a wash. (nothing surprises me about this company anymore -- will morash get whacked?) there's still 20 days to go in march.

in this market climate, i think lawsuits will come raining down like iverson treys. how can it go to hell in a handbasket in just 30 days? jaffe on feb 10: "We believe our commitment to innovative products, low-cost production and expanded customer relationships will help us deliver another year of record results in 1999."
