Good post!. To me the integration of the billing software and system control in a single package is of major import. A customer need only deal with one providder and avaoids the problem of integrating software from several sources with the hardware. IPVC is a totao solution. I point to the similar situation with NACT-now part of World Access Corp (WAXS) Their switch product line also imbeds the billing and system contral in their products.They have been profitable since the day they were born.
