I don't think AZNT can get bumped from the OTCBB unless they get shut down by the SEC or file Chapter 11 or the like.

My understanding is that beginning in July of this year, all BB's must be current with their filings (according to their deadline, which if I recall correctly will be set alphabetically by company name) or they will be de-listed. Did you forget this?

Yes, it's not a stock exchange, the otc-bb.
Amazing how long it takes the SEC to act in these cases - almost to Christmas '97 in the case of ovis/rmil - #reply-3021723
