I agree with you for the most part, but think $15-18 range won't come until maybe two more quarters. Short range, I see $10 - 13 without too much effort, although I would be happier seeing IR play a more proactive role in acquainting the retail community with Royal Laser's potential.

It's tempting to sell on news, but I know from experience in following this company that the institutions generally buy in at quarter's end during rebalancing (ie.end March) and then steadily (and quietly accumulate between quarters during the quiet time.

Perhaps if RLT was cross-listed in U.S. markets we would see the supporting volume/price appreciation this company so richly deserves.

P.S. For the record, my second largest position is PNL (Alberta)...now at $0.60, going to $1.20++in May and with TSE listing in June/99 will be trading at approx. $3-4.00.
