I have to differ with you.

I heard that today was the last day to cancel orders. That is why you see he spike in intc price at the end of the day. It was already leaked out that cancellations did not materialize.

Let me know if you have more reliable info to the contrary.

John.... I'm not an expert on the subject, but I believe that they can warn any time they want prior to the earnings release. You could be right, however. As you may know, CPQ's quiet period begins on Monday, so that would mean that they have to warn tomorrow. Last time they warned was on a Friday night, I believe. Your scenario makes tomorrow a crucial day. El
