Well, Then it all boils down to why Jimmy Chin took the company public (or bought the company as a public entity) in the first place other than the obvious exchange of shares for working capital and PR originally. I have no disagreement with the timing factor and all but it does take longer than just a "last minute" filing to be approved and filed with a governement body like the SEC plus I am most sure there will be quite a few other companies waiting in line at the same gate at the last minute. If DGIV fails to do so, it will be a tougher struggle from the pink sheets. So why isnt DGIV taking the initiative now and at least informing the shareholders of its intentions? That is, the shareholders and the public. Alittle PR, if done professionally and in not so vague a manner, can go along way.... Jane at the beach
