OK, OK... who gets the last word? LOL! it does take longer than just a "last minute" filing to be approved and filed with a governement body like the SEC plus I am most sure there will be quite a few other companies waiting in line at the same gate at the last minute. If DGIV fails to do so, it will be a tougher struggle from the pink sheets. So why isnt DGIV taking the initiative now and at least informing the shareholders of its intentions? That is, the shareholders and the public. This is my concern as well! A scenario such as the one above or even waiting so long that a SNAFU knocks them out of the arena is worrisome. Alittle PR, if done professionally and in not so vague a manner, can go along way.... I agree with this too (imagine that!). Although, even if it was done "professionally" how much impact do you think it would have? As E! might say, they have kind of messed their own nest with that regard.
