I don't know the time table but the site is of high priority. The current site has to be brought to full function. My guess also is it might be constructed from the Silicon Valley location. That doesn't stop the beginnings from happening here. As an extra, the Hispanic project is going to be bigger than just a site for the MusicCard. The binders containing the material has grown from one to four. Don't forget the banks.

My area of California ( and many other areas of California ) are around 60% Hispanic. Much of this Hispanic population does business in Spanish so most retailers are careful to employee bi-lingual staff. Although I speak from opinion only, I would guess they would have separate websites that catered to these Spanish speaking individuals. Frankly, I hope so cause if TSIG doesn't then some other business will. The Hispanic market is huge in this country alone. I can only imagine that the world-wide market is massive!
