Here's a summary of what was said during the EDUV conference call. I really like this company. They could make it to the NASDAQ very soon. With their website opening on Monday this is almost a gimme to make some quick money. I am looking for 2-3 by Monday. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ - ENGLISH PRO 6.2 has been tested in Canada at 100 retail stores. Feedback that is outselling competitos 4 to 1 & 10 to 1. Is being considered #1 seller. - Moving to US distribution starting in April - target 10k units in shelves. - unaudited 4q 98y by early april - Selection of top 5 auditor by next week - fully reported by jun/jul 98 - outstanding share info current at website - 98 Reveue <$100k project 99 revenue $1m from retail only - Good potential for being in black by 1stQ - contract signed w/ Nevark(sp) for distribution - finalizing negotiations by April 1 with a major distributor. - Contracts with Hong Kong, Australia, working with Thailand. - Working for exclusive distributorship country by country; Prime target 32 countries - 20 are in negotiation, - Looking towards China meeting in near future - Dept of Education reviewing special edition and if acceptable goal is to provide as a FREE GIFT to all school districts. Internet - - working to link with portals in China & USA - in discussion w/ major web portal - working on pilot program that may lead to a agreement with major portal. NASDAQ Listing - working to be fully reported as quickly as possible - target by summer - talking with investment banking looking at $5m near term & $20 mil sec offering by summer

Hoffy . I was very impressed with the EDUV conference call. However, unlike you, I think this is a long term play. Not that it will take "long term" to realize a gain ... more that it will probably start moving up tomorrow and Monday - and keep on going. I think this can easily double in the next couple weeks - but I think holding this for an "investment" will realize a much bigger gain. After talking to the IR team (who think this could be a $10+ stock), I think we can see $5 at some time within the year. With their intention of becoming fully reporting by the summer and their hope of getting a nasdaq listing - well, we know that requires at least a $4 stock price - I get the impression that management is hoping to be able to apply for the listing this year. If my understanding is correct, they obviously believe they will have the minimum share price achieved before year end ... and maintained for the required time period. Yes - for those that want a quick profit, it can be a short term play. But for those that want large returns, it is a definite hold and add on dips type stock.
