<Anyone else wonder if 1998 and 1999 may be the first time WEB is doing a BRK share buyback?> yes, i remember the question was asked at the annual meeting last year and buffett did not rule it out although he said that "in the past that's not [been] our style." but it makes sense if he sees most everything else as overvalued.. i wondered that last year. but certainly brk a and b have been hammered sincle last July by arbitagers and general re sellers. i think this stock should go up 1000 points. jhg
