I checked the rules for 144 selling. A person who is selling 144 stock after holding for 2 years has no restrictions. If they held over 1 yr they can sell only the amount equal to 1% of the outstanding shares or the equivalent of the average daily volume for the last 4 weeks. The people selling the 46,000 shares should be done if they wanted out by now. However, they might have sold in a few blocks as to not depress the price too much. Anyways they should be done by the end of the week if they were selling in small blocks. Only a couple of more weeks until the CNBC interview.
