We would all be surprised how things can be accomplished when there is a pressing need.

A few short years ago, Portland General Electric was telling it's customer base that without the Trojan Nuke plant in St. Helens, Oregon, there would be rolling brown-outs and a severe shortage of power for the rapidly growing region.

That was 6 years ago. Anyone who knows about the burst of growth going on here, knows that PGE was blowing hot air, which leads enviromentalists like myself to distrust the corporations AND the Government, who is supposed to represent the individual citizen.

What an illusion that turned out to be.

That is an interesting test.

I love the term "rant." It so accurately describes the tangential, meandering emotionality that people exhibit when they are irrational.
