Bill,

I would also like to hear more of what is making you bearish. It was only two or so weeks ago that you and GZ helped me sleep better.

But here is the biggest question I have:

Why is it that

1. My commercial air conditioning friend says they could hire 20 more people if they could find them...

2. My construction neighbor says they never know if their help will show up for work the next day because they find new better paying jobs... daily

3. Local restaurant owners are paying double minimum wage to get and keep help...for a week or two if they are lucky...

4. High School kids are being actively recruited for tech jobs, and signing bonuses are being given to new recruits sports style...

But there is NO WAGE INFLATION!?

Not to mention Oil prices are rising. Japan is coming out of the crapper. Gold has been showing life. Retail sales were strong last two months.

But...alas...there is NO SIGN OF INFLATION?

It just don't add up to my real world experiences.

Oh yes, lets not forget...the Make-em-Poorer prediction, of course.

Help Please.

B.
