Mike, as usual good analysis. Most important point is that SFE is now IMHO being seen as a back door into VERT. This is the reason I first bought -- as a back door into NOVL when you could essentially get SFE for the price of its NOVL holdings and the rest was free. Of course there's a gap today between NAV, but the upside potential is what's fueling demand.

I believe we will see 70 this year, possibly 80, as SFE has been dormant a long time and will now make a big run. Continuing this trend will be somewhat easy, since they have pent-up rights offerings that they have held back.
