He'll need some pretty strong pockets for that kind of money <VBG>.
I believe there are simply too many reasons for an executive like that to sell stock (options or owned shares). He could be:
buying a house
buying property
making an investment
going to Vegas
etc... Point is you can't always assume that because he sells, the company is doomed. Sure it happens but I would look at the big picture and I like the points an earlier poster made. DIMD is looking good in a number of areas, not just RIO.

The fact the big boys are going after the RIO market is good news in my opinion. These huge companies are not stupid. Why would they be gearing up to offer a RIO type device given DIMD is in the middle of a legal battle? You don't suppose they have studied the lawsuit very carefully and determined DIMD will win or has a good chance to win?
I'm not a rocket scientist but I at least see some potential for growth in this company which is why I bought shares. Others may have differing views which is fine (Terrance is a good example). Make your points and everyone can make informed decisions.
