That last post by Fred M. Kellett shows more class than most posters can muster. Certainly more than me, and most certainly more than any naysayer could possibly admit. Justification for Valence is imminent!

FMK..I take the occasion to thank you for all your research , you provided to the thread...I for myself have been intrigued by the potential of VLNC for many years, and am still holding ALL my shares...the attacks of some individuals should not bother you, and obviously does not anyway.....As we all know the line between being called a guru or a looser is very thin....your time to be called guru will certainly come with VLNC.....I hope, for my own advantage, it will be sooner than later.......patience........unfortunately ....

<<I admit my timing has been rather poor.>>

Mr. Kellett, it is one thing to suffer from "poor timing" if your mistakes are due to errors in your own analysis. Anybody who bought this stock over the last several years (with the possible exception of those who bought in the $3's and $4's last summer) has suffered from that problem.

It is quite another thing to quote "knowledgeable sources" saying that "production is imminent" for more than two years now. I don't buy your innocent "My timing was poor" routine.

In case you have forgotten, here is a small sample of what your inside sources have told you over the years. Message 7069515

Either you have been making up these "knowledgeable sources" over the last two years, or they are so full of it that not a word of what they say should be believed.

Just my humble opinion.

Mr. Kellet,

Do you have any relationship to Valence, its officers or its underwriters?

Have you been compensated in any way for writing comments about the company?

Do you have any relationship with Don Wolanchuck? Are you posting under your real name?

Thank you,
Bill Wexler
