Gee, if the Russo dastardly acts took place three years ago and the SEC just got around to sanctions against the firm and individuals...I sure am glad MRPS is going the NASD arbitration route instead with its beef against the IB. I'll bet being 21st in line at the NASD gets quicker resolution! Anyone call Russo Securities for their comments on the SEC ruling (or any other pending actions involving the firm)?

Bob

I'm not saying Microphonics is guilty by association. However, I am saying Microphonics is naive when it comes to a public company. That in itself is not bad, but it does set Microphonics up for problem down the road... like the kind of financing it obtains. Things like "floorless conversion" and that sort of thing. Will the know enough to stay away from those kinds of junk deals?

Also, the fact Microphonics did not know about Russo's past, after all it has been out there for a number of years, suggests it does not have good legal counsel when it comes to these matters. Which calls into question the validity of their claim and/or whether NASD arbitration is the way to go.

The fact some of you mental midgets want to blow this off, tickles me. #reply-8277746
