Chris, investing is a borderless business. I own Nortel and PMCS as well as Uniphase-Fitel, and I own several Mexican ADR's. If Canada would cut their taxes and welfare state more, the Canadian dollar, economy, and corporations would do proportionately better, IMHO. (same goes for USA) wj
