That's fantastic news! If I recall my law correctly, the Judge does have to approve the settlement with the two. I couldn't imagine that he wouldn't although my guess is that Black Sea will put up a fight. Secondly, he could dismiss the case completely based on that settlement, don't hold your breath though.

I find it intersting. The trading ( all buys on thursday ) was supported friday with all sells. Now, knowing that it is not common shareholders, as they have had plenty chance to sell any day of the week, my quess is that the MM or the broker holding that street name printed sells to offset what was aquired the day before.

If this company can issue additional solid news, we could be in for a nice short squeeze on shares as the opposite is certainly being deployed.

I have looked at these charts for the past v4 months. this stock has had amazing volume for the size of the noose around its neck.

I am now wondering if the new group has been IN buying stock already.

With no rise in price, the Mms must be printing sells as fast as they are printing the buys?

We have been averaging 80,000 share a day? for what?
