The current halt codes for TRBD are really not accurate. Fact - once a halt occurs, the company in its hearing must demonstarte that it meets all requirements for listing, not just that it has satisfied the requirement which created the halt. Therefore, TRBD had to show that it met all requirements for continued listing at its NASDAQ hearing (i.e. financial solvency, real products etc.). This is the reason the halt has taken so long to resolve. If you look at the halt codes you will see that there is no code that covers this scenario. What this means is that if the trading halt is lifted the company will have survived a thorough scrutinaztion by NASDAQ.

Call (202) 496-2529 and ask for David Donohoe who is in charge of NASDAQ Market Listing Requirements to verify the above.
