Dear Bob: Key to the return to revenue and earnings growth is the turnaround of Coherent's Medical Group. Leading indicators of this shift should be an "upward reappraisal" of the Company by the security analysts who follow it, and an improvement in its technical ind That may be true, but it isnt the reason I bought COHR. I was looking at the Commercial and OEM applications, and a presentation they had awhile back in Japan which seemed to indicate to me that COHR had superior lasers than to say CYMI. Personally, I think most of the fall off of COHR price relates more to the Semi Conductor industry and Japans problems. When both recover I would expect COHR to soar again. In the interim, I agree, it would be most helpful if the Medical Group would vastly improve. Nice site you have and I bookmarked it. JDN
